Hold me, hold me tight,
Save me from the torment of night,
Like a rapist,
You’ve stripped me bare,
I’m screaming inside,
I’m mute outside,
To glimpse at my inner torment,
Look into the blue of my eyes,
This is not a tale,
I’m not describing some fable,
Crying in a way that’s standing strong,
You wouldn’t know,
Unless you looked into my eyes.

Tremble at the feel of our touch,
The glow burns the dark night sky,
Vacant is the depth in ours eyes,
Surface is a beauty,
That’ll never get more than skin deep,
Fighting for redemption,
Have you ever asked,
Pointless to our decay,
A forgotten child,
A lost soul,
Breathing so soft,
Tremble at the touch.
